Studio Manager / Sales Manager
We are MOHIITO Pilates a boutique Reformer Pilates studio opening our newest branch in Reading. Our mission is to bring extraordinary Pilates and movement experiences to as many people as possible and to build a community that supports and motivates each other.
As the MOHIITO studio manager, you are the first face many of our clients will see behind our desk, and the person behind the scenes making sure it all runs smoothly. In addition to managing instructors, front desk, and the day-to-day operations of the studio, your primary responsibility is to act as the Head of Sales for the studio.
We offer an incredible in-studio experience which greatly assists this role. In addition, you’ll use our sales playbook, marketing automations and scripts to ensure your job is as simple as possible. This position may be full- or part-time based on the candidate’s availability and capabilities.
You are:
Positive, outgoing, and able to talk to anyone. You love to educate (and thereby sell), you're great with names + stories, and your secret superpower is making people feel seen and valued.
Uber-organized. You love having 10 balls in the air and never letting a single one drop, largely thanks to the systems you create.
Excellent at helping people see the path from where they are to where they want to be. You're a natural "solver" and good at connecting the dots.
Passionate about fitness. You want to help people meet their wellness goals with thoughtful, thorough care
Flexible and confident in taking the initiative; if something needs to be done, you know how to manage your time and resources to make it happen, even though you don’t follow a 9-5.
Holder of or working towards a Pilates qualification (ideally, but not necessarily.)
We are:
A high-touch boutique studio with big plans - our clientele expect the best.
A community of amazing, positive go-getters. We support each other, love to laugh, and celebrate how strong and powerful the human body can be.
Flexible and results-oriented in all we do -- not just our classes. We like looking at the numbers and optimizing our processes, offerings, and marketing to meet the needs of this community. And we compensate for performance.
Responsibilities:
Act as the sales lead for the studio: Track leads and follow-up to sell introductory packages, educate prospects and trial members and convert them to full memberships, and retain existing members through superb customer experience.
Provide white glove-level service to every new client: Execute our intake process to help match each client with the perfect membership and class schedule to meet their needs.
Hire, train, and supervise front desk, freelance or virtual staff to support you in the above while managing your budget.
Monitor studio performance: Track metrics such as customer reviews, attendance, sales, conversion rate, and more. You are the first line of defence when it comes to catching and resolving issues that will affect customer satisfaction or studio profitability.
Manage the studio schedule: Monitor the schedule to be sure we are meeting customer needs and optimizing our hours, and make sure all holiday/class swaps are covered.
Ensure the studio remains immaculately clean and fully stocked
Provide marketing support: Help plan and execute special events, social media campaigns, manage in-studio sales, update weekly announcements in-studio, and help support marketing initiatives as needed. There is lots of potential for growth in the marketing aspects of this role, and marketing experience is a huge plus.
Develop a strong presence within the community, including the creation of strategic and corporate partnerships.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary circa £30k (pro rata for part time) plus commission based on experience and results.
Free studio membership
30% off retail
Access to our in-house training academy for Pilates certifications
Flexible schedule / including work from home
Continuing education & career development opportunities.
