An all-levels dynamic reformer class that focuses on strengthening, balance, length and core strength. Expect all your fave Pilates moves you know and love with some insta-worthy contemporary flows to spice things up.

A welcoming, extended introductory class designed for beginners to get comfortable with the Reformer at a gentle pace—perfect for those brand new to Pilates! Join others who are also starting out in this supportive, slower-paced setting.

A mat Pilates class which will improve posture, core strength, back strength and create balance and flexibility. This class is designed to help you work from the inside out to feel your best.

A classic barre class with a focus on strength barre moves, tiny pulses and feeling the burn! You'll reach all those hard-to-reach muscles that other workouts just don't get and leave feeling stronger, longer and more defined. Burn = more athletic, Flow = more flowy.

Think: Mat Pilates amp'd with the addition of resistance and support using our unique FLEXFORMER apparatus. Build core strength, definition and improve flexibility with this dynamic class that mimics the reformer & tower on the mat.

FITNESS CLASSES

M FIRE / SUNDAY SWEAT

A total body conditioning circuit workout that will get your heart pumping and leave you feeling energised! You'll work from top to toe and keep the body guessing for constant results. Think short intervals, strength & cardio plus props, from kettlebells to weights and med balls and resistance bands.
