MOHIITO is proud to introduce our newest class, "M Pilates" with Lydia, happening every Tuesday at 9 am.

What is Pilates, you might ask?

It's a form of exercise that strengthens your core, improves flexibility, and increases overall muscle tone. And the best part? You don't have to be a seasoned athlete to reap the benefits. Pilates is suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

Lydia, our fantastic instructor, will guide you through a series of Mat Pilates exercises that will challenge your body and mind. You'll learn how to control your movements and improve your posture, which can help reduce the risk of injuries and chronic pain. Plus, the deep breathing techniques used in Pilates can help reduce stress and increase relaxation.

If you're new to Pilates, we highly recommend starting with an intro pass (which you can get here). This will give you a chance to experience the class - and our others - without committing to a full membership. Once you see the benefits for yourself, we're confident you'll want to come back for more!
